Refund Policy

We hold ourselves to a high standard when choosing an item to add to our online portfolio. We guarantee that your Beth’s Burger Bar items will be free of any manufacturing or product defect.

We inspect every item included in your purchase for quality and accuracy before it is packaged and shipped. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition with the original packaging for a refund or exchange of the same item. Understandably, once your order has entered the production phase, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes.
